2008 Other Nissan Models Losing Oil and Water nissan Urvan

We are having top up oil and water every 300 miles. This is after having the gasket head replace about a month ago. Is there a reason why we are losing water and oil so frequently.

And what are the solutions to this problem.

I would be checking the headgasket was replaced correctly .. have a cylinder compression test !
