2007 Other Nissan Models Two Wheel Drive Manual

The clutch does not feel right and having a hard time shifting gears. How do I properly adjust the hydraulic clutch on a 2007 Nissan UD 2600 Box Truck?

Hydraulic clutches arenonadjustable. Is there fluid loss? Shifter stiff to put in gear?
