2005 Other Nissan Models-Emergency Brake

My emergency break is stuckon my 2005 Nissan QUest. it will not release. is there any manual way to release this? THe car will not move at all.

Stuck on like the pedal wont release or it releases but the brakes stay on? Is this the style that you push on the pedal again to release the brake? Either way, remove lower plastic cover to get to the ebrake and visually inspect it for anything broken. Might be able to release it from there
