2003 Other Nissan Models Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 40000 miles

hi! I got a small problem with my 2003 micra. the heater fan is not working when I switch it to first and second speed level, but the third and last level is fine. please tell me what is the problem and how to fix it (cost? ^_^)

replace the resistor located on the heater blower unit !
