2001 Other Nissan Models Car doesn't warm when in neautral.

Heater problem
2001 Other Nissan Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2001 Nissan Quest(Minivan). The problem I am facing is when I start the ignition and turn on the heater(car still in parking gear), even after 15mins it didn't get warm up. But If I drive(While car in motion), its getting warm.
So why in Neutral is not getting warm. Whats the problem ?

The way the heater works is by blending the hot coolant with cold outside air. As the car is parked in your garage (no air to be blended in), your heater won't work as well as you expect.
