why when i go roung a left hand bend in my nissan micra the back end makes a loud knocking noise

Better have it checked for a bad bushing, loose arm, broken link. Obviously something is moving that shouldn't be. Maybe something simple such as exhaust moving to far and the wheel is pushing it up against the body. Awheel bearing can do this, but generally is a clicking more so.
