1997 Other Nissan Models Heat works only at certain speed

I have 2 issues with my 1997 Nissan quest minivan,

1. Heater works only after certain speed. Thermostat is new. No leaks in the coolong system.

2. Radiator fan motor turns on and stays on as soon as I crank the engine. (A/C - heating is off)

I think your problems are related. Check your cooling fan relays. There are 3 of them, inside fuse and fusible link box, left front of engine compartment.
