someone forced alloys on my car with the wrong nuts. they done 2 wheels and shredded the threading on 8 studs. i spoke to a mechanic and he said if i bought the proper nuts to go with the alloys he would be able to re-thread the studs using those nuts is this possible or do i have to replace all 8 studs and nuts? my car is a 96' nissan almera

Hi there,

If the threads are at all damaged you should replace them as well.
