How do i replace the front CV joints in my Nissan Pulsar N13?

Hi there,

You need to be able to undo the large drive shaft nut. if this is possible as it is extremly tight, normal 1/2'' drive will struggle with it. Jack up car and place stands under body. You have to remove wheel, Brake caliper and support, undo drive nut, remove tie rod end, remove 2 strut mounting bolts , swing stub axle assembly away and with draw spline end from bearing, You will need to carefully lever inner end out of transmission and have a container ready as oil will come out. Revers procedure to re fit, re torque drive shaft nut to specs replace all split pins with new pins, check transmission oil level .

Note loosen drive shaft nut before raising car on stands.
