how do you remove the front drive axles on a 1988 nissan pulsar nx

Hi there,

Remove wheels, split pin & large axle lock nut. tie rod end and strut lower mounting bolts (2 off) Pull hub of spline & swing free (wire up out of the way) Using a suitable lever, remove shaft from G/Box it will be a good idea to drain the transmission or use a container to catch oil . Shafts just click back in as there is an internal "C"clip that locks it home.
