2001 Nissan Maxima, 75K miles. I have a small leak that appears to be coming from the right side of the transmission, where the drive shaft enters the trans. How difficult is this to repair, will it get much worse if i leave it alone? It leaks about one to three drops per day.

it might be the drive shaft seal. it could get worse, then the seal will have to be replaced. it would consist of dropping the drive shaft then replacing the seal then reinstalling the drive shaft when you do do it make sure ther are no ridges {wear groves}on the yoke going into the transmission.
