Are you trying to figure how to take it out or find out why it won't move? Is it mechanical moving or is there a switch to move it?

I also have a driver's side mirror that wobbles inside its housing when I drive on the highway. There must be a way to fix this.
Any ideas?

Well, you can try and take it apart and epoxy it in one position or you can to the junkyard or dealer and get a new one.
