i was checking my lights the other lights the other night and I found that my fog lights and hazzard lights wont work, why?

Under the hood, there is a 15A fuse and a relay controlling the fog lights, assuming the light bulbs are good.
Under the driver side dash, in the fuse box there is a fuse and under the dash, there is a flasher control your hazard lights.
