2004 Nissan Maxima blower motor

I can't find any blown fuses. Fan will not come on at all. Motor or switch? could it be anything else? Is there a good way to test? Thank you

could be faulty blower motor relay , located on the fuse box junction block (behind left side of dash). if it is good and fuses good than test the blower motor by running a 12v direct power source to it. If the direct hot wire does not make blower motor to run than motor is dead, if it does run than heater control panel, blower motor resistor and wiring will need checked.
