The bolts are press fitted into the hub (from behind it). They usually have a length wise grooves near the back end of the flange so it doesn't turn when you press fit the bolts. To replace it (get it from a Nissan dealer so you get an exact part.)
1. Remove wheel
2. Remove two bolts that holds the caliper and hangwith a piece of wire to the spring so it doesn't stress the hydraulic brake rubber
3. Using two large c-clamps and an small metal plate squeeze the bolt back out of the hub.
4. Press in the new bolt (use a large socket as spacer, then use one of the nut and tighten it so it pulls the bolt into the hub.
5. You're done.
