2003 Nissan Maxima AC/Heater Fan blower motor is making noi

I have had this problem for a while now. When I turn on the fan at low speed I hear this sound as if something is stuck in the fan blower. I am not sure what could be the cause of it. Its really loud.

Could be misaligned and rubbing against the housing
