2002 Nissan Maxima HIGH PITCH NOISE

I hear a high pitch noise when I am driving and slightly turn my steering wheel to the left... I do not hear the noise when my steering is straight or to the right .... I just had the wheel bearing and housing replaced on that side... I was not sure it might be the break pad. If you could help that would be GREAT!

the noise is really heard at speeds at 40 or 60

Hi:
Does the noise change when you use the brakes? If so, it is most likely the brake sensor letting you know the pads need replaced.
