2002 Nissan Maxima heater blower noise

When I turn on the heater the blower starts to make a nosie and stays on. What will be the cause of this and what I need to do.

All units do make a noise,
Listen to where the noise comming from to determine if in the duct or from the motor/fan
it may be leaves fallen into the blower impellor, or $100 notes been posted by your kids in the vent outlets, remove the blower motor and fan assembly clean it out, or pull of the heater ducts, go easy with long sharp things as your air con and heater matrix's are in there !
