my ac/hrt blower switch will not control the blower motor properly--amplifier is new--blower motor is new--fuses ok

By amplifier do you mean the actual controller in the dash? Is this an automatic system or manual and which model of Maxima do you have?GLE,GXE,SE?

MY NISSAN MAXIMA IS THE GLE--MANUAL AC CONTROLS---THE AMP/RESISTOR IS IN THE BLOWER CAGE THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM--THE SWITCH ON THE DASH SEEMS TO BE THE CAUSE FOR THE BLOWER NOT WORKING CORRECTLY

Sorry for all the questions, the wiring is different for them all.Looks like the center bezel with the vents in it just pops off, then you have to remove the center console shifter bezel which just pops off as well.Once those 2 are removed you should be able to see the screws holding it in.
