2000 Nissan Maxima will not keep charge

Just had the alternator remanfactured and the system will not keep a charge. The seat belt and air bag lights flash and it eventually dies. What would be the cause of this?

If its not reconditioning the battery have the alternator load tested if okay -do the same to the battery
