2000 Nissan Maxima Struts

I am concerned about a noise that is comming from the front passenger side. When I go over bumps the car makes a rattling noise. I feel like i can loose control of the car. I think something is lose on the passenger front side wheel. I think the struts need to be checked out to see if something is loose. Can someone help me?
