I had it tested and it coded P0171 and P0174 lean on both banks. I have already replaced the O2 sensor and cleaned the MAF sensor. My question is were do I go from here? I heard it could be the fuel filter, I have never changed the filter it is still the factory filter and if I do need to change it how hard is it to replace and can I do it in my garage?

Lean on both banks can only mean you have a vacuum leak. You just need to find where it is leaking from.
