There is no schrader valve. You need to open the line at the fuel filter and use the correct adapters.

Did you do a compression test?
I see you have no noid, but is there 12 volt power to one side of the injector?

Do you mean a compression test on the cylinder or fuel pump? I use a noid light on the injector to check for pulse, the light didn't blink, I check for volt there is 12 volt.

Compression in all the cylinders.
With no noid, the computer grounds the injectors based on the input from the crank sensor. You did get a response to that and did you replace it?

No I haven't check the compression in all the cylinders neither replace the crank sensor yet.

There is 12 volt power to one side of the injector but when I check the other side of the injector for pulse my test light do not blink.

I replace a new crank sensor at the front of the engine under the crankshaft pulley but the engine still want start and there is no pulse at fuel injector connected.
