My 2000 Nissan Maxima will not turnover at all. I tried to jump it off, cleaned the battery posts, and still nothing. The interior lights have dimmed but all the electrical components work : seats radio lights , but once I turn the ignition it clicks and makes a dragging whine and once you disengage the ignition it makes the same whine for 20-25 seconds. The car has 190,000 miles on it and started doing this 2 days ago but at first I put water in the battery and it crunk ran fine for 1 day and now won't do anything close to turning over.
