1999 Nissan Maxima replace starter

hi i have a 1999 nissan maxima se limited and need to change the starter... i checked the battery and it has a charge...when i crank it all i get is a click click click and it doesnt start... i can see the starter but how do i get it out from above or underneath the car... thank you

Possibilities here could be the starter, starter relay, park/neutral switch, ignition switch, battery and connections-
