1998 Nissan Maxima

I have a 1998 maxima and when the car is cool it takes a few (4) seconds to start up i changed the gas cap,fuel-filter,fuel-pump,spark-plugs even chagned the oil and added lucus to it I dont know what else to do its getting real expensive maybe you guys can help me out?????

I would suggest checking the fuel regulator, spark plugs and fuel injectors.
