My brake light and alternator (battery) lights will come on occasionally. They do not stay on consistently and the battery does not appear to drain. I had alternator and battery replaced last year.

Most imports thebrake light comes on with the charge light when voltaeg is low. First start basic and be sure all battery connections are clean and tight. You may have a bad connection somewhere that is causing an intermittent problem.Next, when it comes on, you need to be able to read the voltage at the battery and alt wires(big wire) to see what it is really putting out
