I have a 97 nissan maxima with 91000 miles on it....My cars rear right tire is making a scraping grounding noise. It Starts of as pull of to drive but it worsens getting louder as i make a left turn go down a hill or up a hill...

start with checking the rear brakes. then work your way to the rear bearings. sometimes the brakes make sounds when low , but in your case I would check the rear bearings.
