PUT IN A USED TRANSMISSION AND CHANGED STARTER. NOW CAR WILL NOT GET POWER OR TURN OVER. NOT EVEN GET GAS

NOt cranking?

Obviously check over the electrcial connections.
Also try turning the engine over by hand with a socket on the crankshaft. MAy be excessive binding, if you can't turn it.
