1995 Nissan Maxima new fuel pump - estimated cost?

1995 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Automatic 183000 miles

My car ran out of gas about a week ago (my own dumb fault) and now my car won't start. It had been a little slow to start for several months. It looks like I might have burned out the fuel pump. How much is reasonable to expect for a fuel pump replacement? I'm in nor Cal.

between 200-300 for the pump plus labor to replace it in the gas tank...
