HEATER CORE To remove heater core, you must first remove dash board/instrument panel. See: Body and Frame\Interior Moulding / Trim\Dashboard / Instrument Panel Component Layout - Overall System

When dash board/instrument panel is removed, disconnect heater unit from ventilation ducts and replace if necessary. HEATER CORE INSTALLATION: For installation of the heater core, reverse removal procedure. Replace dash board/instrument panel assembly as outlined in instrument panel. Hi

Allow 8-10 hrs each way to do this replacement !! cover ecu with a plastic sheet to prevent coolant solution from entering and destroying the ecu.
