I have one issue with my alternator. I bough a new one a month ago and since then i start to have little problems. I start to see a red battery ligh coming on my dashboard, first it came just for a while and dissapear. a week ago it start to get worse, when i jump start the car everything is allright but as soon as i take the cables of the car runs for 3-5 min and then just die.
Today i realize that a tiny little black wire witch is coming from the alternator is hanging down. If i touch with it anything whats metal the car dies even if the cables from another battery ar connected.
can someone tell me where should this cable go? a picture or something?

The plain black wire is the ground for the alternator that goes to the radiator support
