1994 Nissan Maxima no power when reved, or going passed 200

1994 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i went to change my airfilter, so I took it apart and I put the new filter in, now when I start it, it lacks power, like it struggles and when its idleing, it goes high than back to low, does about 3times than idles right, when im driving, I cant step on it to gain speed, it wont pass the 2000rpms, like it will over rev. Whats the problem?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
