Engine Performance problem
1994 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
Some times the check engine light comes on but will go off,also the engine ticks but it also will stop in a few minutes.What could that be from.

Hi there,

Have a scan done to check for any set fault codes first, the engine tick may be lack of oil around a valve lifter or excessive clearance, these area shim type adjustment, if an engine service has not be done do this and have the valve clearances checked.
