windsheild wipers won't work --tryed to check fuse couldn't find one did find relay and chedked to make sure it was in socket tight --

Check fuse # 19 (20 - Amp) . Also you need to test that relay, not just see if its plugged in. If you are unsure how to test it, you can take it to a local auto part store and they will test it for you. If both are OK, test the wiper motor.
