1990 Nissan Maxima FRONT BRAKES ARE LOCKING UP

I changed the rotors,pads,rubber brake hoses .The brakes are still locking up and stopping car until they cool down .

mostlikely its time to rebuild or replace, you can try putting copper paste at all of the contact points on the calipers. but it may be time for new calipers
