1989 Nissan Maxima radiator fans don't work

I have never seen my radiator fans{there are 2 of them} work, ever!! I can't remember the last time
I saw them move at all. I just checked the fuses and
none of the fuses are burnt out.Do you think it might be the fan motor or a belt that is causing the problem. I just paid $250.00 for a new radiator and I just am out of steam. I just can't afford to keep putting money into this car, it is always something everytime I turn around.

Hi sadsap,

It takes about 20 mins or more to get the fans working when starting from cold. Do you have any overheating problem?

Turn on the AC and see if the fans works.
