Where is the emergency brake adjustment/adjuster found?

Maxima Remove parking brake lever cover. Raise and support rear of vehicle. Rear wheels should lock at 9-11 notches with 44 lbs. (20 kg) force applied. Loosen lock nut and rotate adjuster until properly adjusted. Page 1 of 1 DISC & DRUM -1989 Nissan Maxima SE It is a nut and lock nut attached to the lever, access is from the bottom of the lever. 10mm I think!
