upper radiator hoses full of pressure making the hoses hard and wont release. and i smell cooling i replace the thermostast and the water pump. do you no which way the thermostast go in on a 89 maxima

the thermostat itself should have a arrow on it with the writing to rad next to it if not the big side goes away from the radiator
