My starter did not work and I had it replaced. I had disconnected my battery and reconnected after starter replacement.

Now my car can start but the heating and climate control console is no longer functioning..........blower stays on and none of the concole button is working so I can't turn on or off the blower. All the lights on the control console stays on instead of turning on as requested. Blower turns off if car door opens. Blower may be off but turns on when head light comes on. I swapped blower relay but did not do anything.

Is there a reset procedure for the climate control console?

Not that im aware of. Try looking for a bad wire at the battery that might have lost ground when you moved it
