2007 Nissan Frontier eratic fuel gage

2007 Nissan Frontier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 55k miles

I have a fuel reading of about 1/8 of a tank,when I refuel the gage goes to empty and the yellow light comes on. then as I drive the needle eventually reads near full.

Hi there,

This will normally be a stick fuel tank sender unit, it will not be repairable, you will have to get it replaced.
