2001 Nissan Frontier no spark to plugs

2001 Nissan Frontier 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i was 4 wheeling and swamped the front end of my nissan in about 3 ft of water i have a cold air intake and it died instantly i imediatly shut truck of but it took about 8 hours to get someone to pull me out water level was about 3/4 of way up headlights but back end was out of water tops of both front seats were out of water i have replaced all fluids and spark plugs but i cant get any spark in my plugs and i dont know where to start other than distributor cap which is clean and dry

Check the crankshaft position sensor at top rear of engine on transmission housing. See item no.6 for location below
