Whenever my dash board gets hot, the instrument panel will not work, tach, speedo, gas gauge etc. At night when it is cool and the instrument panel light is on too bright it will again get hot and shut down the panel. The truck will still run & drive fine, but I don't know where to start looking to fix this problem.

Check all grounds under the dash.Remove the cluster and inspect the plugs for the cluster, you are looking for one to be dark/burnt looking.
