What does this code mean. I replaced plugs,plug wires, rotorcap,ditributer cap, used a carbon machine for carbon build up and the code still comes back on after about 30 miles it says misfire cylinder 1

P0301 misfire on cyl no.1 -check that cylinder's compression and injector.
