2000 Nissan Frontier Truck leans

Should I be concerned that my truck leans towards the passenger side, about 1-2 inches?

I don't believe there is anything wrong with the way it drives currently, it makes no unusual sounds.

If you don't mine going down the street leaning to one side why not-but I suggest you get your shocks/springs checked out-
