Is this car having timing belt or chain? If so how often it should be replaced

Hi there, This should be a chain driven engine, but as this model is not listed as such, i do believe that it is sold here as Maxima, but to be sure check with your local dealer or any mechanic on viewing the engine will be able to say chain or belt.
