Hi babys01,
We would like to apologise for the delay in answering.
Our database are mainly for American models and I do not know if I can be of assistance as info might not be available. Anyway I would like to give it a try to see if I can help you solve the problem.
I would like to ask a few questions to understand the problem better.
Does the wiper washer works when the wiper fails to work?
Does wiper return to park when turned off when it is working?
Being intermittent, the fuses should be fine. Did you check if it is loose? Look out for signs of overheating at the fuse terminals.
There is a wiper relay in fusebox as well, check that too.
Check also for bad ground connections behind the front headlight and kick panels.
With ignition switch ON, check for voltage at black wire of Power window Master switch. If power is not available, check circuit breaker and/or power window relay in underdash fuse box. If both are ok, check wireharness between body and door for broken wires.
Does both wiper and AC both works or stops working at the same time?
If not, then the blower fan motor could be failing. When AC blower does not work, give the fan motor housing, located behind the glove box some banging with your hands to see if it starts working. If yes, the motor is due for replacement.
