My Nissan Altima, GXE, 120K mileage, 2.4 engine has an intermitant problem with the driver side window going UP only. It goes down without a problem. I'm guessing I need that module replaced, which is easy enough. Am I correct in my assumption?

Thank You!

Usually the driver side window "works" more than the pass. Side.

If you have trouble going "up" its because its harder for the motor than going "down" sometimes the electric motors get "weak" and they have a "disconnect" resistor that kills the current when its all the way up. To prevent force the motor and burn it out.
First check your switch if its good the motor its your second option.

Thank you for your help! I will send a donation as soon as I can; I think you guys really deserve it! I will check the switch. That part is expensive.I can only imagine what a motor costs!

Hopefully its just a false contact on the switch.

Good luck!
