2008 Nissan Altima Combination switch

2008 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, I want to change my combination switch near the steering wheel to the fog light feature as mine does not have fog lights but is pre wired for it, so if I want to turn the fog lights on I have to have the switch I guess, can you tell me if the 2007 altima 4dr switch will fit on 2008 altima coupe. Thank you. Or do I even need a new switch or can I some how turn it on from the one I have without that fog light option
