Steering problem 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 53,000 miles

How do I flush the power steering fluid in my 06 altima 2.5L. Also how many quarts of fluid will I need to refill the reservoir?

Remove the fluid return line and dump it into a bucket. Start the car and rotate steering full lock to lock 5 times. Repeat until 3 quarts are used. Use OE approved fluid.
